Money to spare?

I am not asking for much. I need money.

Well, everyone needs money at different levels for different priorities. Some need money to buy titles. Many need money to get what they think define their materialistic lives. Others need money for various reasons from health to death.

For my family at this point in time, we need the funds to send my sister abroad. It would be a quarter million at the very least for her to complete her professional qualification.

Yet, if no scholarship or financial aid is forthcoming, our wallets will be considerably tightened. Worst, my sister may feel burdened by the financial strain.

Hmm...where may I find people with money to spare?
